Full Service Interior Design
We will review architectural design plans, electrical, mechanical, and cabinet designs.
We will work with you to select interior and exterior finishes, placing orders for materials from lighting to floors.
We will handle all the details through Project Management, from start to finish. This includes site visits, installation, space planning even furniture and lighting.
This service is billed hourly and will be around 10% of your overall remodel budget.
Virtual Interior Design
This option provides three elements to make your space come to life. We meet over video to chat before and after your space is designed.
A Moodboard will be created using images, colors and design elements that fit your space needs.
A 3D rendering and/or drawing will give your space the flexibility and flow it needs to bring the concept to life for you or your builder to implement.
A curated list and links to the products, finishes, or furniture, and colors will give you the roadmap you need to complete your space.
This service is a more economical and flexible option. We give you a flat rate price based on the size of the space you wish to design.
1:1 Consultation
Initial in person meeting to discuss the scope of the project, tell me your story and vision for the space, and take pictures. This meeting usually lasts 2 hours and is paid in full after meeting.
Questionaire and Contract
This is the second meeting. We walk through the questionare and take a deeper look at your wants and needs for the project. I take a deposit, we go over the contract and scope of work agreed upon.
Concept and Design Development
This is the third meeting. Using the scope of work discussed in the second meeting, we use moodboards, floorplans, and materials to explore concepts. During the 4th meeting we will refine and develop the design and narrow it down to one choice.
Project and Construction Management
We will partner with you to select finishes and fixtures, and prepare technical documents required for construction. We will observe construction for consistency with the design, be available for contractor questions and resolve design details; and be available for site visits and the final site inspection.
